Sorry about the posting, its not paranormal its just the set up on here it keeps going crazy at the moment! I hope it goes back to how it should be!
I suppose when I started out I thought all 'Orbs' were the real thing! Its only as I have done more research and been on so many investigations, and having people like Dave explain how these things work I have realised they are not Spirit! Shame really! I too am still looking for 'Proof'

Thank you for your kind comments back to me. I guess I'm preaching to the converted lol. It's amazing how many sites there are out there showing orbs as paranormal. I think it quite sad as while people are getting excited over orbs they are maybe missing the more subtle things that occur. I have been investigating the paranormal for around thirty years and I'm not bored yet so I wish you good luck with your future investigations. I might add I am still "on the fence" even after all these years but I'll keep looking! (By the way, I did register for forum and although it said I was logged in I had no luck. Also some odd ? and # seem to have been added to my last post, hmmmm, paranormal?)

Very Interesting reading and Makes a lot of sense x Thank you for your time in posting this... I think I will take my "Old" camera on next investigation and compare picture's when they have been printed off.... The evidence points 110% in your favour though.. Thanks for putting it so well Gaz, this is one of the areas that so embarasses me in this business. It has been proven and explained so many times , logically and scientifically, yet .... people just will not accept it . You get people say "some of them are dust and with a little more experience you can tell them apart ... " Rubbish!! Utter rubbish. hehe, as you can probably tell this subject makes me SO MAD !! The world of parananormal investigating is so full of this and other rubbish that it's hard to get at the interesting stuff. I grow tired of it.

Orbs! Please don't get caught out by these pesky little things! I have been investigating the paranormal since the seventies and suddenly within the last few years everyone is capturing and discussing orbs. Compact digital cameras have a lot to answer for!! We NEVER accept orbs taken with these cameras as evidence of paranormal activity and have nicknamed these cameras ?Orb Catchers?. The only still cameras we use on investigations are 35mm and digital SLRs with an off camera flash. #Similar can be said for video and CCTV cameras, use an off camera I/R illuminator to prevent these annoying anomalies being caught.# Sometimes you can see "faces" in orbs caught with compact digital cameras. This is known as matrixing. The "faces" are produced by what is known in photography as "circles of confusion" a well known photographic anomaly. Different colour orbs? Dust typically shows up white, though in some areas it?s more of a brown depending on where you live, but orbs of other colours show up from time to time like red, green, blue, yellow, etc. This does not automatically mean they are paranormal. Pollen from plants and flowers will typically show up as yellow or green, pocket lint from blue jeans will show up as blue, other weird air born fibres will show up as red or some other colour. Dust is not the only airborne particle, if you are outside there is no telling what could be floating by! I do believe in psychics and sensitives and work with them constantly during investigations, but just because an orb showed up when they said to take a picture does not make it paranormal. Obviously since dust is everywhere, you have a good chance of picking up orbs at any given time no matter where you are, sensitive in tow or not, especially if you are in an old building that has not been cleaned in ages. I have plenty of photos where a sensitive said the same thing with no results of anything around them and even some where orbs appeared to be right above them or on their hand, etc. Unfortunately just because a sensitive is feeling something does not mean the anomaly is going to show up in a photo or on a video.
