Any contacts will be dealt with in strict confidence and no information will be passed to other paranormal groups. Once an initial visit has been made we can then give you some idea of an action plan, if any.

Our initial visit would be to find any natural causes that may be contributing to the activity. If we draw a blank on this then we always have people on hand to help with genuine paranormal phenomena.

We take all contacts seriously and will do everything possible to provide help quickly.

Owing to the rising cost of petrol we can only visit people within a 20 mile radius of Eastbourne. However we are in contact with other groups who may be able to help you if you live further away.
